I’ve been having a problem over the last couple of months where the data on the live page freezes on data from 2 weeks or more ago. I reset the base station (receiver) and the live page will pop up and show 5 minutes old data then immediately pop back to 2 weeks ago.
iOS app shows version 5.40 (810), I don’t know if that’s the app version or the Tempest firmware version. I also don’t see any way to check for new firmware. Right now as I said it says the data is 2 weeks old.
Web (tempestwx.com) shows data is 16 days old.
I’ve been dealing with this again for several weeks after several months of it being fine. I don’t know what else to do to try to resolve this issue. Any help is appreciated.
EDIT: I just noticed the main weather page shows the device is offline, but I’m not sure how to troubleshoot why. I’m digging into this now.
