Both Temperature data and Relative Humidity went NULL and has yet to return 5 hour later.
Rebooted the HUB but data for TEMP and RELHUM still “NULL” in data string

I remotely rebooted your Tempest and that seems to have solved it for now. Keep a close eye on it.

I am having this same issue currently. Temp and humidity started reading null at midnight last night. Is there anything I should try? My station is ST-00030813.
My station is id is 45114
Unfortunately, it looks like some sensors have failed.
If you can get to the Tempest and power it off then on, maybe it will correct itself. If it is difficult to reach, maybe @eric can send it a reboot command. If it still doesn’t come back working then open a support ticket from the menu at the top of the page.
I remotely rebooted it and for now it is back to nominal and ok but … please keep a close eye if it keeps on working. If not please open a support ticket and support will help you out.
