I have had a Tempest for a few years and in the last couple of weeks it has gone into power saver mode and will not come out of it. The voltage is stuck at 2.34V. Tempest support haven’t answered so maybe someone here can make a suggestion. We have had enough sunlight to charge it up, so it is not that and it has been in it’s current location for about 18 months. It’s id is ST-00047398.
Your sensor for UV etc was in a blocked state. I did a remote reboot. It ‘might’ help your issue. See if it works ok again when the sun pops up and it charges up normally again.
That seems to have worked, Eric. It is now charging again. Is that remote reboot an admin feature or can we all do it?
Remote reboot is only for people in support and a few others like me.
