Is anyone else having issue with their Tempest Weather app on their iPad or iPhone? Neither is currently showing me any forecast. They only show the weather station’s data.
based on the comments on Facebook, this is a widespread issue. I suspect a server side problem. Hopefully they are aware and are working on it (did anyone contact support?).

I assume the community is monitored by the organization… and if they weren’t aware, are now aware…?

Seems to be resolved but for future reference, while WF staff does have their eyes on this community, the best way to report issues is by opening a support ticket.

I was seeing exactly the same thing. I rebooted the hub, and I am back to 10 days forecast.

Anyone else have this issue? First thing this morning, app would not open on Android. Message popped up about a bug in the app. Then, noticed on webpage that the forecast is totally blank. Midway through the day, a partial forecast showing today and four more days has appeared but still missing five days.
It’s an issue the main App on several known devices. The webApp portion is just fine and still displays the forecast card.

I have seen the topic before but had never experienced myself. And, I think this one may be a bit different. Has always worked great until today. Same phone that yesterday showed 9 day forecast (plus current day). First thing this morning, would show no forecast at all but a little later shows 4 day forecast with same behavior both on the phone app and on the web. Now I see that when I switch to the forecast on the web page, it shows 4 plus today but if I leave it there for several minutes, the other 5 days may eventually populate, too. After several cycles navigating from the current data page to the forecast and waiting each time, the full forecast will only eventually come up occasionally. Very weird and inconsistent. Can’t wait to see what it does tomorrow.

Nah, my screenshot above is from the web app. Seems to be working ok right now though.
