Not sure why it’s not updating on its own.
Nope, not here as this is a little too tricky.
Open a support ticket and they’ll forward it to a technician. Weird it did not as the system pushes several times till it works but sometimes … it needs a little extra help

OK I see it was restarted but FW is 155.
Looks like it isn’t updating?
The last time I was frozen at 134 and they could not update they sent me a replacement which was bad and had to be replaced again! The unit is flying high on a tower and is a major PITA to get down so that isn’t happening again!
