I get an error message ‘no data at this zoom level. Try zooming in or out’. When I try zooming, I immediately get kicked out of the Tempest app. It worked ok about a month ago. Any ideas on what to do?
What do you see when checking your station through a web browser?
Also, what is your Station ID or the link to your station? This will allow others to try to help troubleshoot the problem.
David, Thank you for reaching out to me. Tempest Technical Support said it was a problem with the pressure sensor being off line. They were able to fix it by rebooting the weather station.
