Hello, I upgraded my phone from a Samsung Note 20 to an S24 Ultra. I now do not see the temperature in the status bar and do not see the card in my notifications pull-down. I’ve got everything turn on the app settings and have enabled notifications in the phone settings but can’t figure out why I still don’t see those entries. Any ideas?
I’m on an S20+ but I have seen what you have seen and found that disabling the always on notification, exiting the app and then re-enabling it again fixed the issue. Have you tried that?
I just tried that but it didn’t work. I also tried turning off “Always on”, exiting the app, clearing the cache and then turning it back on again, but that didn’t work either. I think I’m going to uninstall then reinstall. The app was installed by Samsung Smart Switch when I got the new phone.
Uninstall/ reinstall didn’t work either!
BTW, I also do not see Tempest in the notifications pull-down like I used to.
This is still not working. Should I contact tech support?
Sounds like maybe tech support might be worth a try. I wonder if Samsung changed something in the OS.
