How do I set Notifications for Tempest on a Samsung 24fe

On my S25, to see the notification/push bar all the time I do the following:

Go to, settings, MANAGE/Stations, click the station you want notification for, under DEVICE subheading toggle the Show Ongoing Notifications selector. They definitely buried this feature.

I am still trying to figure out how to change the sound for notifications

Go to your phone settings, Notifications, App notifications, tap on Tempest (the name, not the toggle), Notification Categories, then select Notifications for things like rain & lighting alerts and Ongoing Notifications for when the ongoing notification start or maybe update. I have a Dew Drops sound for notifications and silent for the ongoing notifications.

Thanks but that still does not bring up Notification Categoriesā€¦just the screen that says allow notifications and options for notification style

Check if ā€˜Settings, Notifications, Advanced settings, Manage notification categories for each applicationā€™ is enabled.
