You should have an e-Mail from backerkit dated 21st Sep. 2017, maybe +/- one day. Within they ask you to answer a survey. Hence, the confirmation of your answering includes a link to your profile. Here you might find the tracking entry point

Mine arrived at Hong Kong. A long way around until it gets to southern Portugal!

Well, my units (Sky, Air, Hub) arrived today. I was like order #3010 I think, in Western Canada. Funny thing though, postage due on pickup of like $8.56 which I found weird, but whatever. Got it all set up, just have to climb on the roof and mount it, and mount the air somewhere, not sure where yet. Looking good so far, Thanks for all the hard work WeatherFlow folks!

I’ve just had confirmation that my order has been shipped, to Dorset in the UK. I was one of the last to get in on the deal just before the deadline. These past few months have been busy for me, so I had pretty much forgotten that I had ordered it.
I’m looking forward to ditching my Netatmo and having the weatherflow station run alongside my Davis VP2.

Thank you @WFmarketing

@Weather34 I’ll be hoping to use your template in conjunction with the weatherflow station.

Mine also arrived in Amsterdam.
That was a fast shipping.:grinning:

Can’t wait to get it in my hands.

First to get a good set of batteries.

hello tina

dont bank on it being of much use limited to 1 minute api intervals wont be anything like your davis/cumulus setup…

and you remember that i told you to buy a tplink mr3030 few yeas ago if you did then you can get some realtime 5 second interval data out of your new weatherflow hardware…

just email us if you need help

Why oh why does it take so long to deliver to New Zealand? Three weeks and still hasn’t made it to Hong KongšŸ˜‚

Mine has made it from Hongkong to Heathrow in the 2days since I was informed it was shipped. Impressive! Now how long to get to Cheshire I wonder. Time to get some batteries.

this seems odd to me. We know transport can take or more or less depending regions but 3 weeks and nothing … suspect. Maybe the AWB changed …

Send a little mail to support@weatherflow.com to ask their help in getting an update (don’t forget to mention order number etc to help them find your package quicker)

Same here, arrived yesterday afternoon at Heathrow, must have flown over my house. Wonder how long the last 70 miles to Essex will take.

How many have had their stations in US Customs in LA since the 19th? It doesn’t seem like it should take that long to clear customs, especially since some have shown taking only a day to clear.

Mine took almost two weeks to clear customs.
