Sky and Air Dropped

Hello,

On 1/1/2019 my Sky and Air just dropped connection. Airs battery voltage is 3.48 and the RSSI is -53. Skys voltage is 3.44 and RSSI is -39. They both say they are online but last communicated to the hub on 1/1/2019. I wanted to send you this information before I try restarting the hub. I also turned on the battery information in the UI and it is showing GOOD. The hub is also in very close proximity to both devices.

could you share with us your station number, without it is hard to give an opinion.

I have not submitted a ticket yet. Do they handle support tickets through the “submit a request?”
