Sky and Air Dropped

Hello,

On 1/1/2019 my Sky and Air just dropped connection. Airs battery voltage is 3.48 and the RSSI is -53. Skys voltage is 3.44 and RSSI is -39. They both say they are online but last communicated to the hub on 1/1/2019. I wanted to send you this information before I try restarting the hub. I also turned on the battery information in the UI and it is showing GOOD. The hub is also in very close proximity to both devices.
