I don’t receive notifications but the rain gauge seems to be accurately recording the amount. Still haven’t seen the hourly rate show anything but also haven’t had much rain since the install, only rotten snow. Supposed to get healthy rain tomorrow so we shall see if the haptic part shows the rate also supposed to be lightning so good test for that as well.
Open a ticket with support, and let them troubleshoot why you are not receiving rain alerts…

I actually came here to bump this thread. I haven’t gotten a rain notification in a couple weeks now, and we’ve had several big rain events. Rain quantity is logged but no notification.
Same here, no notification with all the rain we got yesterday here in the Chicago area. Checked the phone multiple times when my graphs showed rain.
FWIW, I received rain notifications yesterday and last night from the front passing through the northeast…
I did as well and the haptic rain rate worked reasonably well along with the daily amount so all is good here!

FWIW, I received a rain notification from only one of my four stations. I used to get notifications from each rain sensing device on each station.

I’ve gotten one rain notification out of about 5 different rain events in the last few days. Rainfall rate and precip quantities are being tracked accurately, but for some reason the notifications are very intermittent.
