Hi all - Since March 6, temperature and relative humidity data hasn’t been uploaded from my Tempest to tempestwx.com. The other data has been uploaded, so it doesn’t seem to be a simple connectivity issue. Any ideas? Thanks!

check the status of the device, you might have a broken sensor

Same with ours. It works on the detailed page but not the home page.

As @sunny said, check the status page. Go to Settings, Stations, station name, Status. Check the sensor status. Also, if you post the station ID or the link to your station in your profile, others can check it for you.

Thanks, gizmoev and sunny. Station ID is 60634. Status is showing temperature, RH, and UV failed. What was puzzling to me is that locally the app on its main page is showing temperature and RH, which I guess now it’s deriving from other data. On its detailed page it is showing no data for temp and RH, but it is showing data for UV.

status always showed green. This problem had somthing to do with the home page not showing on public. It has since been working as of today 3/31/25.

Yes, the main page will use derived data when the station is not supplying it. If the sensors have failed open a ticket with support using the link at the top of the page.
