Tempest Complete System International Shipping Update

I have 6 hubs. One was too busy to join the group photo.

A bit early for Christmas lights

hmmm. Ok. Twist my arm!

They used to sit on window sills. I had new windows installed so they were moved. I need to find a permanent location for the little guys.

Just for my understanding: any good reason to own more than one Tempest?

No, but ten seems greedy…

But cheaper by the half dozen.

Only four are Tempest Hubs.

Does each Tempest need its own separate hub?

No, several Tempest modules can be paired to one Hub.

That’s what I thought. So why have so many hubs?

Once you have more than two they start reproducing on their own. :joy:

Only if you get them wet.

One from Kickstarter, one from the test group and two that will go to different locations.

Hi, first post to this group.

Just wondering if there was any update on the international shipping? It would certainly appease the concern on indiegogo if we had some idea about timescales…

I already got my Tempest but I still follow how the international delivery is going on on Kickstarter and honestly, it is a mess. No news from @WFstaff, no updates, they promised to ship early November but this sounds like it is not going to happen (again). Doesn’t leave a good impression…

They’re treating us with utter contempt; they wouldn’t fail to respond or give an update if this was affecting their domestic backers. I’ve send 3 DMs on Kickstarter, commented asking for an update 2 weeks ago, emailed support and nothing in reply.

From the last update: Tempest systems are now expected to head out the door in early November, shipped by region (EU, UK/Ireland, AU/NZ).
We try to be careful with wording and not ā€œpromiseā€ anything because some things are subject to change.

The good news is we have an update scheduled for tomorrow and the great news is we have great news!

We appreciate your patience and support. Please keep in mind we are a small team and we are working hard to scale up our support team so we can provide support and timely communication on the many channels where our customer’s reach out to us.
